There are two major reasons that posts bounce: 1) The message of the sender doesn't exactly match an address subscribed to god-shiva or god-shiva-digest. If you send a message from an email account that isn't subscribed to either version of the list, the program the processes the messages will "bounce" the message back to me, and I then have to forward it to the list. Whenever possible, please try to send your posts from the account actually subscribed to the list. 2) The message is a reply to a digest that includes the entire text of the digest. Many email programs automatically include the text of the message to which you're replying. This can be convenient, but if you're responding to an entire digest it creates a large message that gets rejected and bounced to me. If you are replying to a digest message, please DELETE the text of the digest. It's also a good idea to change the subject heading to something descriptive of the content of your message. Thanks and keep posting! - --Michael NP: David Bowie, "Sound and Vision" - ----- Sent using MailStart.com ( http://MailStart.Com/welcome.html ) The FREE way to access your mailbox via any web browser, anywhere! ------------------------------ End of god-shiva-digest V2 #39 ******************************
