With bleached blonde bits. (Fauna would say, what a class act...). One could see it any number of ways, but what occurs to me are two things: this is some manifestation of the teenage hair rebellion I never had (did they have these colors in the '70s?), this is simply the natural continuation of Jenn hair design -- begun long ago.
