Hi all, Jo will be appearing at the Appel Farm Arts and Music Festival on June 3rd in Elmer , NJ. Other artists performing are Moxy Fruvous, Martin Sexton, and a couple of no name acts like Richard Thompson and Mary Chapin Carpenter. Volunteers are still needed so if you're strapped for cash, get your butt over to http://www.appelfarm.org/festival/index.htm and lend a hand in exchange for a free all festival pass, a meal and a t-shirt. This is a very small and user friendly festival. The volunteer staff is young, laid back, and non-confrontational. Ya won't even know they are there unless you need help. The environment is country- woods and the artists almost always take time to sign CD's and chat with the fans. My friend and band-mate Courtney and I are Stage Managers on the Grove stage. I'll probably be the one with the radio this year. Stop by and say hi! My mother of all people told me she heard a Folgers Coffee ad in the California Bay Area last month which featured Jonatha talking and selling their crystals.
