FYI the link on the main page of the site WILL NOT take you to this gallery, i want to have it a little more under control before i share with the general public. http://lusciousjackson.net/gallery/main.php also i found that the tour dates i uploaded on tuesday had all this junk in them so i reformatted that last night, doesn't look as pretty but html wise its a lot cleaner. I found a few more tour dates to add/update today so I'll try and do that tonight. if anyone has any photos to add to the collection, ticket stubs, posters, hand bills, ads, set lists, promo stuff - anything please give it a scan or take a crisp photo of it and email it to me at my old hotmail account kaos77@hotmail.com . also in my search to make this site as great as it once was, i scrounged up some great stuff, like when i used to take questions from fans to ask the band and post their email responses, i had totally forgotten about that. :) and if you notice i updated the news but kept the old news from the 90s there too, too bad i don't have info from day one when i believe i called the site "daughters of the kaos" will have a review of city beach soon, i got a cd-r the other day, jills voice sounds really good, its more mainstream than lj was, doesn't sound like there are live drums, a couple songs pull up old lj in my mind - more towards the end though and its islandy/beachy/relaxing like the kostars were, some stuff feels more like some pop/singer-songwriter types of the current. definitely a lot of radio-friendly stuff, some catchy stuff. additionally if you want to preorder the city beach album there is a deal through the militia group for a shirt, cd plus access to download a couple tracks not on the album, all for less than $20. http://www.zambooie.com/militiagroup/Detail.tpl?cart=116854809711162736 &sku=TMGCOMBO116&st_id=81 or if you just want the album...only $7.50!! http://www.zambooie.com/militiagroup/Detail.tpl?cart=116854809711162736 &sku=TMGCD045&st_id=81 will add those links to the site later today most likely. i'll shut up and go to lunch now! I want to see if I can also integrate the forum to look like the rest of the site like I did with the gallery today, it was easy to do so I'm assuming the forum program has a similar simple fix, therefore there would be a link back to the main page. I'm actually completely unfamiliar with rss feeds, I know half the internet is all over that but its not something I've managed to jump onto yet. I will look into it though. I appreciate your advice and assistance as always!
