It was a fantastic show! I was thrilled that RH was in the Philadelphia area twice this month, and it was great to see him with a band at this show. Recommended if only for the electric band version of "Cynthia Mask" (this was my favourite or close-to-it RH song for many years, but it kind of fell out of favor with me for the past ten years or so -- hearing it on Friday has sent it straight back to the top.) ...oh, and also "Grooving On An Inner Plane" -- I'm fairly certain that's the first time I've heard that one live. xo On Sun, Apr 29, 2018 at 9:32 PM, Stewart C. Recorded from on the stage. I had been up in the air about going to this show. It was the closest one to me out of the 4 electric shows Robyn was doing in the US with his Squires. I purchased my ticket late the night before and made the 2.5 hr drive each way after work. I'm going to say that is was quite worth it. Robyn with a full electric band is quite the rarity these days and this performance did not disappoint. Nor does the recording.
