If I had done my homework, you could be listening to some music already. But the problem with homework is making time to be home... I'm getting used to some quirks on this borrowed computer (I hate Vista and trying to work around Windows Media Player). Finally got all that squared away, and now it seems to deadend at which file sharing works best (and uploads for free, if possible). RapidShare and the Box both seem to be set up for paid memberships. What is generally recommended? What is generally recommended? megaupload is what was recommended to me. i played around with it a bit, and it was pretty easy. it's free, and from what i recall, you don't need a membership. e-mail me offline if you have any trouble with it. also, i think some people have used sendspace. take your time; we'll just be grow more excited and have higher expectations for what you upload. no pressure or anything. xo p.s. a borrowed computer with vista -- that's like a good news / bad news joke. - -- "people with opinions just go around bothering one another." -- the buddha ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 18 Oct 2010 07:34:05 -0400 From: "Stewart C. Anything you put in the public folder, right-click on, and you get a public link. The price is right, too. Dropbox is like the USB key you can never forget to take with you. It's great for keeping those files you need sync'ed between home and wherever. Signup link: *. cheers, Stewart *: yeah, it's a referral link. I get an extra 250MB for everyone who signs up using it. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 18 Oct 2010 6:40:31 -0700 From: M Holden Subject: Re: Fwd: Record Club Thanks.
