Anybody going? Sounds like fun. It's actually at the Swedish American Hall (above Cafe du Nord), and yes, I have my ticket. Go to both. When I saw the back-to-back shows at the Bottom Line in NYC back in 2002 (?), some songs overlapped (why the fuck is he so in love with A Man's Got to Know His Limitations?), but I think that the setlists were pretty varied. On a different subject, I had very little free time in Chicago last week while getting my daughter settled in at Northwestern (Michael Wells, definitely next time!), but my husband and I had the pleasure of having dinner with Michael Sweeney and Corinne while we were there. I do love fegs! Now, it's back to reality - that means full-time teaching after a very easy summer load. My rock n roll spirit is still struggling through, however, as I booked it to the House of Blues from Logan Airport just in time to catch Janelle Monae as she opened for of Montreal. Both were great. I don't think I'd like the new oM album if I weren't already Kevin Barnes' bitch, but, well there you go. The show was outrageous and total fun. Considering that my heart was broken as I had just become an empty-nester, I deserved some outlandish, frivolous fun.
