Kathryn Williams had a full, resonant voice that really suited the material she was singing; KT Tunstall was full of energy and enthusiasm; Graham Coxon seemed to be enjoying strumming along in the background (he also did two of his own songs: Brave The Storm was excellent but I have to admit that I cringed through most of Caspian Sea and wished it would end). Photographs and paintings of maritime scenes were projected onto a screen at the back of the stage - I think Michele was responsible. There was a sense that they were all performing slightly under-rehearsed, but that gave the evening an enjoyable feeling of informality. Robyn was on great form: highlights were Luminous Rose (never thought I'd hear him play that live), his duet with Lucy (don't know her surname) on Bay of Biscay, and a rockin' Underwater Moonlight at the end (accompanied, of course, with a backdrop of a giant squid).
