(2) box of alphabetized DVDs that came from pile (1). (3) binders of alphabetized DVDs that came from (2) (and (1) if i'm being ambitious (hasn't happened yet.)) the binders have a corresponding index so i can look up which binder a movie is in (it's not too hard to guess since they're alphabetized. for some reason, TV shows go in a different set of binders than movies. yes, the correct deductions is: (1) i have a lot of DVDs and (2) i am not a librarian (i believe if a librarian were to get too close to my "system", they will start twitching.) Did a pretty massive overhaul/cleanup of my mp3 library, which lives on a 1TB outboard drive (and its attendant backups). Trouble is, while the actual library has rebuilt itself just fine, every time I open iTunes it automatically goes to this mode of "processing gapless playback information", which grinds the whole program to a halt before I can even use it. In other words, it doesn't really work. Any ideas? - -Seth ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 13 Jan 2010 15:02:54 -0500 From: lep Subject: Re: yes, it's more Lauren-oriented content jeff 2fs says: >
