I'd heard of it because the host (or former host?) Mark Lamarr (sp?) comes in for a tongue lashing by MES on a couple of Fall tracks from the Peel Sessions box. In fact, it was in the course of looking up the Peel Session version lyrics for "Sparta FC" that I found that name-- MES at one point in the song changes the phrase "we live on blood" to what I'd though was "we live on baklava", which made sense (MES sense, anyway) given all the Greek references in the song. But apparently it's widely understood as "we live on...
