Gradually, the number and density of crabs increase...until your screen is totally covered with crustaceans. Clicking on a crab brings up the concert dates in the form of an undulating series of orange cones that spell out the date and venue. Clicking on one part of the cone (and you have to figure out which part) will take you an online purchasing site (cunningly disguised as a trolley bus full of corpses) - clicking on the other part unleashes a chorus of demonic laughter that turns your screen black for fifteen seconds...after which, your screen returns to normal - except the words, in Robyn's script, saying STILL NOT SURE YOU WANT TO BUY TICKETS TO MY SHOW, EH? in a vaguely threatening dark-green hue. - -- ...Jeff Norman The Architectural Dance Society http://spanghew.blogspot.com ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 8 Nov 2007 21:02:42 -0500 From: "m swedene" Subject: Robyn on site Not sure if anyone saw this or not. http://timedoor.textdriven.com/ enjoy! mike "not from Chicago, nor a Goodwin" ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 08 Nov 2007 23:31:43 -0500 From: "Stewart C. Do it, and report on the experience voluminously. In all my years of music nerddom, I've never stalked an artist, even to the tune of going to more than one *local* show on a given tour. Hybrids seem cool too but the technology is still relatively new (diesels have been around 100 years or so) and you still have to pay Standard Oil, BP, or Hugo Chavez to run 'em... ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 9 Nov 2007 11:18:46 -0800 (GMT-08:00) From: kevin Subject: Re: My name is >a p.s. on opening day that i'm drooling* over these reviews: > >http://www.cin-o-matic.com/m.php?MID=2044&conf=2044 Gotta love "the neo-western byproduct of a deranged and adrift zeitgeist." I got my box set yesterday, and began listening to "Thatcher" straightaway. It seems to me that there were some backing vocals on "Birdshead" that have been removed for this release. Can anyone else verify?? My Rhinos are packed away in storage. It'd be nice to set up a wiki page with all this stuff for those that care to know. Not a bad idea--it's already being done on a small scale, but I be McDonald's would like the positive publicity. BTW I hear the descendents of Standard oil maintain at least one station branded "Standard" in their territories to preserve the trademark. Supposedly there's a Chevron in Bellevue, Washington, with a Standard sign on it.
