Torrent: 37370 Title: Robyn Hitchcock & Grant Lee Phillips - Maxwell's 10/18/2000 Size: 500.02 MB Category: Singer/Songwriter Uploaded by: AaronLowe Description - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Robyn Hitchcock & Grant Lee Phillips Hoboken, NJ (Maxwell's) 2000-10-18 unknown AUD source-->CD-R-->EAC-->FLAC I have loads of CD-R's from snail mail trades that I'd hesitated to torrent-ize and upload because of the fact that I don't have any real lineage information for them. All the Hitchcock torrents seem to be really taking off here, and partially since the Uncarved Pumpkins torrent, despite lack of lineage, seemed to be received very well, I decided I'll go ahead and upload some of these shows I have sitting around, that is if you guys are interested. Here goes -- enjoy. This is a fun show, with lots of energy. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can use the URL below to download the torrent (you may have to login). http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=37370&hit=1 Take care! dimeadozen.org ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 17 Apr 2005 13:41:00 +1200 From: James Dignan Subject: Re: fegmaniax-digest V14 #97 >From: "michael wells" >Subject: look at your house...from space > >http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,67190,00.html I can already look at my house from space! If you knew where to look (to the west of the big sports facility, close to the promontory at the western end of the long southern beach), you'd be able to spot my house - but not my car - I must have been out. Amazingly, the image is clear enough that I can see I had a flag flying, though I can't make out what one it is. james (noting that Hitchcock is at 21939, and - amazingly - Dignan is as 75945) - -- James Dignan, Dunedin, New Zealand -.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.-=-.- =-.-=-.-=-.- You talk to me as if from a distance .-=-.-=-.-=-. -=-. Torrent: 36639 Title: Robyn Hitchcock Duncan Hall 4-3-2005 A+SBD Size: 506.29 MB Category: Acoustic Uploaded by: sigmasix Description - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here it is, as promised! Robyn Hitchcock Duncan Hall, Lafeyette, Indiana April 3rd, 2005 I recorded this last sunday. I was Fortunate enough to be able to hook a 24 bit minidisc recorder to the soundboard. I find the sound to be phenomenal, however I leave it to you to decide. I think everyone will really enjoy this. I've listened to it 10 times since I recorded it and it still sounds great to me. It's a 3 disc set with artwork, notes and the JPG file for the color flyer for the show. Lineage: SBD->SHARP MD-MT15->ONKYO DX-RD511 CD RECORDER->JUKEBOX->Flac I increased the volume 6-8% as it was a bit low Setlist and other notes are in the Info File Be Kind to me people, this is my first torrent upload If this works out I'll be doing the Pink Floyd "Variations On A Theme Of Absence" 8 disc set from my silvers soon. I'm also wondering if there would be any interest in the "Early Effervescence" 9 disc set. I'm also in need of setlists and info on the following: Soft Boys 3-26-01, Boston Hitchcock 11-2-99 Maxwells Im looking for the Syd Barrett collection that was put together by the yahoo group a while back, could someone that has it please PM me? Thanks - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 17 Apr 2005 09:35:01 -0400 From: wojizzle forizzle Subject: Re: NEW on DIME: Robyn Hitchcock Duncan Hall 4-3-2005 A+SBD one time at band camp, wojizzle forizzle said: >http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=36639&hit=1 ack, crap. i was going through e-mail, got confused, thought that this show had been reposted and resent that announcement. sorry about the false alarm! woj ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 17 Apr 2005 11:08:50 -0400 From: "Stewart C. It didn't say on the box that you'd be required to shell out $40 (!! - it's like a $2 extension cable) for a firewire cable to make it work. It hid that away in a PDF manual. It works now, but wasn't as nearly as intuitive as it could have been. Stewart ------------------------------ End of fegmaniax-digest V14 #98 *******************************
