Is it a rare instance of the cream actually rising to the top in memoriam? Or just the fact that he actually put out a new record? He's done some good work over the past few years but the last time he got much press (and presumably sales) was Sentimental Hygiene back in the late '80's. I'd pony up for decent expanded reissues of "Excitable Boy" and the self-titled record, that's for sure. Oddly, it seems that someone snuck out versions of some of the late '80's/early '90's records with bonus tracks while I wasn't looking. Weird. Sad to see him go. It's not really a question of what's "legal" - it's more that, if I'm turning right into the right lane, and I see a car coming making a left turn, theoretically into the left lane, I can no longer rely on their doing so: depending where I am in the turn, either I have to speed up to get the hell out of their way, or stop (or vice versa, w/turning left). It ought to be the case that both of us can turn, into the two respective lanes. Okay, I'll stop now, to avoid the risk of being all Andy Rooney. - --Jeffrey with 2 Fs Jeffrey J e f f r e y N o r m a n The Architectural Dance Society www.uwm.edu/~jenor/ADS.html ::glibby glop gloopy nibby nobby noopy la la la la lo:: ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 9 Sep 2003 11:24:28 -0700 (PDT) From: Groove Puppy Subject: RE: What makes a feg?
