The charming and talented Bayard will be there a bit earlier to assist with the partification of the place. Where: Mark (sharkboy) Gloster and Donne (brilliant artist and so much more) Teague's house in Aptos, near Santa Cruz, California (just outside lake Michigan). Who: Lots o' fegmaniax What: Party. Some of the unique and delightful activities will include such things as BEER. There will be music and musicians there. Six-string acoustic guitars, 12-string acoustic, acoustic bass guitar. Am told that the singalongs didn't work the best at the last party, so we won't spend all our time forcing people to sing/play/listen along to spinal tappian free form jazz confibulations of Robyn Hitchcock tunes. Bayard will be giving us a preview (listen) of the ditties from the _Glass Flesh 2!_. There will be other stuff to listen to, as well. I'd like to do a gift exchange, but don't kill yourselves to bring one. The big box of stuff from the last party will probably make a stop here on its way to Eddie's abode. There will be wonderful fegs to talk to. There will be sundry veggie and non-veggie bbq and other foodables. We'll make sure to have Cranberry juice for Jeme. Lemonade, soft drinks etc. I expect we will take some walks to introduce y'all to the neighborhood cats and to show the beach here. Breakfasts should be great here, even if Woj won't be here to make us his special pancakes. I won't force anyone to have my pesto in their omelets. We make juice every morning, so we'll make a lot for y'all. I'm not a big party host. I expect that what we'll be doing is very few directed party activities, and letting people mingle and talk and sing and joke, etc. Dusty will be here. She's a little shy, but likes attention. She is probably the most amazing cat in the world. Livingston kitty will probably hide throughout the party. She is secretly probably as amazing as Dusty. So far we're not completely full. Some local feggies might offer some spill-over places to stay, but there are hundreds of motels in Santa Cruz, and some down here in the Aptos area. There are a couple of really nice places to stay, if your idea of vacation does not involve lots of other people sleeping in the same room with you. If you're flying in, I'd like to try to coordinate a ride for you. Remember, San Francisco is probably the least preferrable airport to go to right now. San Jose is easiest and Oakland is second easiest. We have fegs standing by to try to make rides possible. Also there is the Santa Cruz Airporter, which for some money will drop you off at the house here. It sounds like we'll have some wonderful and magical fegs here, but I repeat myself. Happies to you all.
