Also "One (is the loneliest number)" and "Mama Told Me Not to Come". The "Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog" song you mention is actually called "Joy to the World". As for how to connect them to Robyn, I wouldn't know. I suspect the person who asked was bluffing. Anyway, I'd like to see them do it! > actually, since this has reared it's ugly head again, does anyone remember > what we/someone came up with for syd barrett, john lennon, bob dylan. and lou > reed (assuming there was a shorter one for lou than just tacking him onto the > john cale one)? I'm not sure we came up with something that connected -all- these people into one group, though I know we managed to connect them all to Robyn pretty easily. Actually, now that I think of it, I can't figure out how to connect Lou without adding Cale somewhere into the mix. Somebody probably did. It's all in the archives, and I don't feel like working it out again. I also seem to remember the Iggy Pop/Frank Sinatra one yielding some fun results. It has a rep for being the stopping point for lots of folk, celt, and other small bands....the problem is that eventhough it is small the sound can suck really bad and seating is reserved by table, but anyone can stand which means that for a crowded show the back half of the pub cant see.... ....besides there are more appropriately named bars....Lizzards, Pig and Whistle, the Abyss, and my favorite XXX Totally Nude....oh, not that one I guess...though the visual of RH in the chameleon shirt playing Ant Woman as pastie clad dancers quake and slither around him in clouds of coconut scented smoke and flashing lights....
