This is going in a robyn direction. I want to get something to build robynbase on (remember robynbase? the ultimate robyn online resource?). I've looked at ms access and cold fusion ODBC, and these seem reasonable. RB would incorporate (at the least) a complete gig database with setlists and a complete song database (data from the songlist.) after i finished that i'd put in chronology and discography (inc. bootlegs.) of course it would be linked up to woj's page, the real ultimate robyn resource; and would of course be fully searchable/sortable. anyone wanna help? bayard got a devil's radio in my mind ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 5 Nov 1996 00:34:04 -0500 (EST) From: Bayard Subject: Re: notes on "crablings" On Mon, 4 Nov 1996, Terrence M Marks wrote: > >doing DG (i know he's done gigolo aunt, wolfpack and octopus, > >but he claims elsewhere on this tape that he doesn't know the > >chords to octopus). > > It is of note that Robyn actually didn't know the chords to Octopus the > time that he played it, but went along anyhow. at first i thought THM was just busting my chops, but he's serious. I'll have to admit that picturing K in some lingerie is not a bad thing. This thread can continue for as long as you like. Anyway, can we get a show of hands for our meeting before the Keswick show. I'm gonna try and get a phone # for the Chinese place and make reservations for 6:30 pm on the 14th. Like I said, this place is right next to the Keswick, so that should give us 1 1/2 hours to eat, drink, etc. Also anybody who wants to model lingerie is more than welcome to bring it! E-mail me (mallen@ets.org) to be included in the reservation. No later than Nov. 9 please.
