The Bottom Line, as far as I know, almost always serves liquor at its shows, and I suspect this is a major part of their business. ___________________ Here in Portland, most of the shows that aren't large, arena acts, are held in "Under 21" dance clubs where (for the night of the show only) they'll serve alcohol, but only in a designated, gated- or fenced-off section (the Drunk Pen, if you will) that requires i.d. to get in. ALL fans get to enjoy the show and the promoters make more money, so everyone benefits. I've spent many a concert in one of these "pens:" you have to "slam" your drinks in them, however: 0no drinks are allowed out of the pen, and you usually can't see the stage from the drinking area. Do they do this anywhere else? Hardly anyone plays at bars anymore. It has something to do with an enchantress, an un-named hero, some petrol pumps, and an entity known as Clint, who is supposed to be sought by our hero, but the pilgrimage never quite gets off the ground. I thought so too. It looks that way because space is curved, you see... As for "red lemon days," I like that title too, but not for that album. Also it seems a little too sentimental to really fit robyn. As for the ever continuing SB painting discussion, who is the sphereheaded figure sitting on the throne in the background? And what's that hovering over its head? Also, the gourdhead on the left is obviously robyn-- I assume andy is standing in the middle, and morris is seated? (drummer boy.) Gourd, I can barely even tell who is who in the photos. I suppose if the busty kimberly theory is correct, and I think it is, their positions in the front cover photo are the same as their painted alter egos? If true, note how in the photo on the back of invisible hits, it's morris who looks like a girl. (sorry morris.) I'm sure there have been many who looked at this picture for the first time and assumed the "girl" in the lower right was 'kimberley'. Then again, is it? or is the the macho mustachioed one?
