It featured a couple of pics of Robbie and his sons enjoying their day at the game. I also attended a game this weekend, and saw a man sitting a few rows in front of me with a shaved head and glasses. Thought it might be Robbie at first, but then I realized he was wearing a Yankee jersey, so I knew that just could not be the case. The story was about fathers and sons sharing their love of baseball. It had me wistfully thinking of my own Dad, who didn't have any sons, but introduced me, his eldest daughter, to baseball as a kid. He was a rabid Yankee fan, from the 1930's, so even though I'm not a fan of the team, I find it hard to hate them or root against them. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/06/18/AR20060618007 67.html ------------------------------ End of edheads-digest V9 #44 ****************************
