Maybe it was the company (EFO as a first date.) Maybe it was that they played the song I asked for (it came down to 'One.') Maybe it was that Robbie thinks I might be a stalker (you'd think a guy in a kilt would be more memorable.) Maybe it was that the band seemed more 'on' in the banter department then they did two days earlier in Seattle. Maybe it was the smaller room. I dunno. But, no, no set list, but if anyone on the list taped the show in Berkeley (don't know if Freight and Salvage is tape friendly, and Bob was occupied after the show and, frankly, I had a woman to fawn over) I'd love a copy. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 31 May 2005 13:08:08 -0700 From: Matte Edens Subject: Re: Seattle and Berkeley Shows Dang it. Forgot to change the reply-to address... Here's what I just sent to john... We definitely taped the show. F&S are awesome about allowing tapers. I've taped three shows there already. South Austin Jug Band, Redbird, and EFO. I haven't tracked the recording yet and I'm really behind on the two shows from earlier this year but as soon as all that's done, I'll be uploading them all to the Live Music Archive. I can post a set list later. Robbie's copy that I grabbed is at home. Perhaps one of the Angwin brothers can supply that information before I do. matte On 5/31/05, John Eddy wrote: > I have to say, the Berkeley show was better than the Seattle show. > > I dunno.
