AOL is probably caching the DNS information. Aaaiigh. I just looked at the html source code and it's an Imageready "slice-job". You could do this page a lot better by going without the tables. And I think the "Flash Version" text is too big compared to the pictures. It links to Macromedia when your first thought is that it's the link to the flash version of the site. Make the pictures bigger so they are more easily referenced as the links to the flash site and make the "flash version" text smaller. Sure there's the "pick one to enter" text but THAT's small as well. BTW, has anybody SEEN the html version? There's no link to it from the href or an onclick event.... Yeah, I'm a webdesigner. - -- matte "What you once were, isn't what you want to be ... anymore" Jeff Tweedy On Wed, 20 Oct 2004 15:13:09 EDT, jraimo007@aol.com wrote: > Weird. EFO is scheduled for 7:30pm...do you think that this other show will cut them short?? _______________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Don't let them fool you about it being Lloyd Maines' idea - I was at the show where the whole thong idea came up. They played at Revolution Hall in Troy, NY. It was probably almost a year ago - It was winter, I remember that clearly, because the place was so cold that everyone in the audience kept their jackets on. I felt sorry for the band. Anyway, a great guy named Stephen Kellogg opened for them, and that group sold band thongs as part of their merch. They apparently presented Julie with a pair during the break - she was all excited when they came back onstage. Julie was really into the idea, and proposed that EFO get thongs, too. It then, of course, degenerated from there. Someone proposed that they have four different designs, one for each band member, and see who "won" by selling the most pair.
