On my system (Mozilla 1.7rc3 on Win2K), the Flash plugin reports an "illegal operation". I bet the webmaster used a deprecated function or something. *sigh* - --nicole twn ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Jun 2004 15:20:25 -0700 (PDT) From: johnathan vienneau Subject: Re: EFO website and Mac OS X It's obviously a problem with the site itself, and NOT with your Mac or your software. Since switching to Mac a little over a year ago, my frustrations, hair pulling and endless rants of swearing have all but disappeared. If a full investigation was done on the problem, I guarantee it would come down to inept software somehow linked to PC's. I personally have had no problems, but I use explorer, not safari. I'm just happy to know that their are fellow Ed Heads who use Mac. - -Walleye __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! The website was down for several days several weeks ago and it was pretty squirrelly when it came back up. It seems to be working alright from this end. Although the text in the Flash side is still too small to read. At least in the html side, I can switch font sizes on the fly. I think the blame lies in some deprecated function or bad programing in the Flash function. I believe a new webmaster took over a few weeks ago. If everyone affected wrote a polite note describing the issue to the band and their webmaster, perhaps it would get fixed.
