(please don't asks me to list the ten!!) I had no idea what was going on at first. I initially thought that we were all having a a great tail gaiting party until the Happy Birthday greeting and then to sit and listen to Julie's song--well, it was overwhelming and very much appreciated. Yep!! I did shed a few tears!! You know how much I appreciate and love each of you. (I know!! sometimes too much!! I'm still trying to make sure I don't stick my nose into where it doesn't belong.) I want you all to know that I try to pray to God to help each of you to achieve happiness and success in your lifetime and what ever you do. We all have our share of trials and tribulations. Believe me, I've had mine and continue to have them but prayer has helped me and both Kitty and I hope that our prayers will help each of you. As I said after the Happy Birthday song, "I don't know why God has let me live this long" but I do know, a big plus for the past 13 yea's has been my association with you four talented and wonderful people. Now for a question. Mike, could you please send me Janice and Stewart Jewell's email and address. They provlided me with a very nice birthday present (a 5th of 12 year old Johnny Jameson) and I'd like to thank them. God Bless each of you!! AMDG A Very Humbled and Appreciatived Joe P.S. Does anyone know when they were added? i dunno -specifically- when it was added, but i first saw the band noting it on their website last weekend, so they must have been added recently. *shrug* ~shells~ ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 24 May 2004 09:32:11 -0400 From: "Derek Zecher" Subject: RE: spring gulch 5/21 Just a bit more on Spring Gulch. Ann and I stayed through Saturday and saw most of the other acts. Vance Gilbert was great and very funny. Lots of jokes about the local geography but some very moving and heartfelt vocals as well. Entrain was fun. John Flynn was very good. Seems to be taking a decidedly political stance these days. This is a good thing. I like his latest CD. It was a pretty good festival given that it was in an RV park. Good music without the overwhelming crowds. Eddie's comment about beautiful Amish women in dresses mowing and weed-wacking was very funny, very true and the most I think I've ever heard him actually say during a show. Bob, if you ever read this stuff, sorry Ann and I didn't come over and say "hi". Looked like you had your hands full. According to iTunes website, they were added 2 or 3 weeks ago. (They have a feature where you can search for new bands by the week they were added.) - -- Joni On Mon, 24 May 2004 08:26:00 -0400, "Shelly Sholley" said: > Douglas R Nelson inquired: > > > Hi All, > > > > > I just saw that EFO is now available via the iTunes Music store! Simply put, it's a peer to peer network (file sharing) designed to distribute files quickly and easily. To help everyone out, I'd figure it would be easiest to post a link.to a faq: http://www.filesoup.com/faq/index.php You can also register and post on http://www.bargainville.org, which is a tracker set up by a member of Fruhead.com. On bargainville.org, I (and others) have been releasing shows semi-regularly, for download (non-EFO though). Feel free to check it out and post if you have any questions.
