It's the same weekend as the Susquehanna Music & Arts Festival (SMAF) in Darlington, MD! The Turning Point is an awesome tiny little venue. Get your tix now, it sell out in seconds. Also, since Julie (and myself) are hooked on American Idol, anybody else on this list hooked on the show? Perhaps Julie couldn't hear them from the front. I suspect most of the rest of us could. So here are two ethical questions for Edheads to consider: 1) Most of us do not sing as well as Julie, Robbie, Mike, or Eddie (maybe Bob too, though I haven't heard him sing) and even if we do isn't it rude to sing along very loudly while others are trying to listen to the performers? 2) Under such circumstances in the future would it be wrong for the Faithful to rise up and launch such unappreciative and inconsiderate individuals out the nearest window or door into the street? I welcome your comments. I am not actually a violent or dangerous person. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 22 Mar 2004 19:35:03 -0500 From: "Jamie Barth" Subject: Extra Ticket for This Saturday at Somerville Theatre - Boston I have an extra ticket for the show this Saturday. This year, I've watched most all of the shows, and am still under whelmed. Granted, it really isn't my taste in music, and I don't care for reality TV. Some of the contestants sound OK for 50's style R&B (not the R&B of today), but you know damn well they'll never be marketed for that style. On the whole, I think they all SCREAM too much! - -----Original Message----- From: owner-edheads@efohio.com [mailto:owner-edheads@efohio.com] On Behalf Of John Ryan Sent: Monday, March 22, 2004 6:06 PM To: edheads@efohio.com Subject: EFO at the Turning Point in Piermont!!!
