Didn't get much of the banter down, so this will be but a CliffNotes=E2=84= =A2=20 version{sowwwy!!} All the new material was -very- well received, with a lot of buzz in the=20 foyer about when is the new album coming out. Great to see fellow cruisers there!!!!! And it was great to see Ben and Stof= =20 again, who unfortunately had to miss the cruise this year, but I have alread= y=20 encouraged to start saving for 2005!! :) He's also gonna bring extra shoes= ,=20 I think he said. :) ~The Setlist~ ~Set I~ Walkin' In Jerusalem Imagine Me Mike said that Sellersville, PA is very 'Frank Capra-esque'. Small=20 town....its holiday decorations up....has a town square...etc, etc etc.....=20= Throughout=20 the night, he did several Jimmy Stewart imitations{'ZuZu's petals!!!!",=20 "Hello old Building & Loan!!"...you get the picture...} Julie mimiced him d= oing=20 one, too{"Hello, Bedford Falls!!!"} Apparently during dinner when they were= =20 walking in the town, he exhausted all of these imitations/quotes.{I=20 know....you're thinking "Who, MIKE???!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!! *grin*} Robbie said=20= sardonically=20 "And trust me, people, they never stop being funny..." The 3 Fine Daughters of Farmer Brown{with a -few- "Joe"ers in the house} Irish Dream Twenty-Thousand Hearts This Is Me Great Day Fruited Plain Mike confused Julie by doing a long, meandering intro to "Long Walk Home"=20 that involved a bad first date he had, to which she responded "Oh...-that's-= how=20 you're gonna tie it back into THIS???!!" Eventually for the second song of=20 the encore, he tied the story back in when they did 'Alone'. =20 Long Walk Home Don't Think Twice, It's Alright Fly One Thousand Sarahs ~Set II~ Bleecker to Broadway Loitering in the Lobby Lady Freedom The Best of Me{which was a dedication to someone who recently got maried, bu= t=20 I missed the names} Traffic Jam...which segued -right- into.. Cowboy Let's Get Mesolithic Baltimore At this point, Mike shared with the audience how thankful he is for each of=20 his bandmates and for those of you who came to the House of Blues show, Jul= ie=20 had the same outfit on and Mike again referred to it as 'her Hester Prynne=20 look". He said that Eddie is someone he can -always- set his watch by and=20 intro'd him as 'The Triptophen-Free', Eddie From Ohio Hartness!' which, of=20 - -course-, led into.... Eddie's Solo Woman Of Faith Rocky Mountain High into.... Old Dominion{where, once again, Julie demanded that everyone in the audience= =20 get their arms up or she'd single them out....and Robbie didn't have -his- u= p,=20 and she said "Get 'em up, Robbie. Geez!! To which, of course, he obeyed} ~Encore~ Number Six Driver Alone{nothing like a wailin' Blues number to bring it home!!!!} All in all, a great night. Hope to see all of you New York-types on=20 Thursday at BB King's!!{Where 'Alone' is just SOOOOO gonna rock, I am sure!!= !!} Shelly Executive Edhead reporter/Girl-In-The-Street :) [demime 0.97c-p1 removed an attachment of type image/jpeg which had a name of Holly Leaves .jpg] ------------------------------ End of edheads-digest V6 #185 *****************************
