hey y'all!  hopefully all is well in the Edhead community in the wake of Isabel....hoping to see people tomorrow night and sunday night at robbie's solo shows{well...those of you in the DC/NOVA areas}, bearing in mind that all is well and power's back down there and such at jammin j.

i am here to appeal to you, however, about another great venue...a famous venue in music history.....The Bottom Line in NYC.  for those of you not familiar with it, it's a great venue in the heart of the village has hosted several great artists over the years....springsteen.....warren zevon...countless others..simon and garfunkel just made their big tour announcement there..even our beloved EFO has played there........and now the club is in a financial pickle.  

there is a petition online at www.savethebottomline.com where ANYONE can go on and sign the petition. you can read more about the plight of the club on that site.

just thought i'd spread the word to some of the greatest music fans around to try to help save a great and historic venue!
