Favorite Moment - I guess, as odd as this may sound, it would be Eddie, Bob and I wandering around for over an hour, up and down the hill, looking for Camp Edhead, only to realize that it wasn't that far from Harvey in the first place. We sure were glad there were still a few people awake when we arrived around 3:00 AM. We must have looked like the Three Stooges. Other favorite moment - Mike bringing his son and my buddy, James, on stage to sing "you are my sunshine" that was awesome! 2. Favorite song - The big jam session at the groove workshop on I Know You Rider, Love light and Eight Miles High, with EFO and the Kennedys. I was groovin, stompin and shoutin. 3. I Keep My Lamp Burning - The Neilds during the Gospel Wake up. Very cool. 4. & 5. Favorite workshop and favorite pariticipation - That was the Best Gospel Workshop I've heard in four years. Maybe it's because all the artists scheduled had something to do with the Northern Virginia area! :) 6. Most repeated song - For me I guess that would have to be Come Together, since I was helping Julie and Robbie memorize all the words on the ride up, and then heard it rehearsed in Harvey like 3 times and then it was done twice suring the workshop. Good to see some of you edheads again. See some of you at Merriweather! Oh man! - when was this? I missed it! There were so many choices...... I had tix to Richard Shindell here in Cambridge this week, which I gave up, so I chose to see Richard's gig at FR over groove, stomp, and shout - I'm sure I missed something GOOD! argh - i couldn't seem to do everything..... dave - -----Original Message----- From: ext jen studt [mailto:jenstudt@hotmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, July 29, 2003 2:57 PM To: edheads@efohio.com Subject: Re: FRFF Highlights OK, I'll play too, even though I didn't really get to check out too much new music since we (in Harvey the RV) didn't get there until Sat. afternoon and left Sunday afternoon. 1.
