I'm hoping to catch the show as I will be in NYC that weekend...Thanks!! Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. BEFORE they postponed the show they reported that ticket sales were going very well, so you better get your tickets fast, I believe the show will sell out. Doors are at 6, show is at 8. However, they seat the first few people an hour early in a section seperate to the actual venue for appetizers and drinks ($10 minimum). This occured to me while waiting on line for a Dream Theater show there. Call it an extra way for them to take money from you in order to get first dibs on seats. It's okay by me as I'm planning on having dinner there anyway, the food there is fairly decent (Doesn't top Iron Horse, but what could top that?) I'll see you there! - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jennifer Southwick" To: Sent: Monday, December 02, 2002 5:44 PM Subject: BB Kings - NYC Show > Does anyone know anything about this venue (i.e. will > it sell out? how early do we need to be there to > secure decent seats?)???? I might be able to swing this show. I was in NYC a week ago and went by there scoping it out. From the website it says: Capacities: Supper Club style: 500 Seated Gold Circle style: 650 Dance Floor style: 750 Standing Room Only: 1000 standing Looks like a moderate venue. I'll be seeing them in Staunton on Thursday the 12th but it would be awesone to see them again on my way back up to Massachusetts. - - dave John Ryan wrote:BB King's is about the size of the Rams Head Tavern.
