Did any/all of you find them in your mailboxes, or did the USPS screw up and send them to Saskatchewan (or any other random remote location)? Thanks, D ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 5 Jul 2002 10:02:06 -0400 From: "John Ryan" Subject: Inside info on EFO's part in Falcon Ridge (FRFF) I was talking with Robbie at the show in Haddon Heights on Wednesday and asked about the specifics on their time at FRFF. Here are the facts. - - EFO will be starting between 8-9 PM on Saturday night. They asked if they could go on earlier because they realized that the final Saturday night slot at FRFF isn't exactly the best. The final schedule STILL hasn't been ironed out. - - Saturday night will not be going as late as it did last year. If I recall, EFO ended their set at 1:10 AM. Already, tons of people left after Dar was finished. FRFF has apparently taken notice of this, and will make things end sooner so that so many families and day-trippers aren't tempted to leave because of the late hour. - - EFO will of course be doing the gospel workshop again this year with DVN and others. EFO will also be doing two other workshops. - - When I told Robbie about the Beatles tribute workshop, he said, "There's a Beatles workshop? Why doesn't anyone tell me these things?" I have made a preliminary version of the EFO songbook and just got some new tabs from the major contributor to the book. I was planning on showing Robbie on Wednesday, but I chickened out because it's still not really ready yet. But I'll be at the show in Wilmington, and I'll be sure to give it to him then. I'll be making up some songbooks for Falcon Ridge for anyone who emails me back who wishes to get one, or if anyone wants to find me at the festival. Most of the time that I'm not down by the stages I'll be at Upstairs Camp Fruvous, also known as the Budgiedome. I do ask $1-$2 donation for each book, but you don't need to pay it if you don't want to, I'll be happy to give it away for free. I would just like a buck or two to cover the cost of each book (Folder and paper). Falcon Ridge money is accepted. :) 3 weeks to go! - - John J. Okay, so as John said, the EFO songbook/tab book is in its getting finalized. That said, what songs do people want to see in it? I've already gotten most of the biggies, so look at the website and tell me what you DON'T see. http://jjrrutgers.tripod.com/EFOTab.html - -T ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 5 Jul 2002 10:37:04 -0400 From: "Stof" Subject: Shelly?
