I can't complain though, I got a souvenir and my wife wasn't hurt. I LOVE the Friday Cheers shows (I've seen 5 of the 7, and fell in love with the band at the '98 show), because there is such great energy there. The same energy that's at the Birchmere shows, but you get to dance! The weatherman co-operated and we had a beautiful evening with 2 long sets. Highlights for me (besides getting a drumstick and having Mike mention me from the stage) were Tommy the Canexican (woo-eh?), Great Day (always a crowd pleaser), and Woman of Faith (a great opener).
