My son had trouble getting to sleep, so I missed the webcast of the Knitting Factory show. (But there was a great Jazz trio playing when I did get on.) Did anyone on the list here venture down there? I'd love to hear about it. - -Paul ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 21 Sep 2001 21:02:14 -0700 (PDT) From: Heather Van Aelst Subject: Re: Knitting Factory show? I'll let someone w/ a better memory post the songs. I'll just say wow. The most emotional show I've ever been to. After Oh My Brother, just silence and silence and then sobs. Robbie finally broke it by saying 'Thank you' and someone from the back said 'Amen'. But also lots of laughs and more of the entire crowd singing along than I've ever seen before. I really don't even know how to describe it. Especially when you emerge and then can smell it, or walk to the corner and can make out the lights and the cranes and the dust/smoke. - -Heather - --- Paul Parry wrote: > My son had trouble getting to sleep, so I missed the > webcast of the Knitting > Factory show.
