The small church was packed (and quite hot). It was our first experiment taking our 2 and 5 year old to an indoor concert and it is safe to say outdoors is a better bet at that age. The show didn't actually start until after 8:30 and then they both stayed awake until Eddie's drum solo did the trick at around 10:00 and put them both to sleep (who would have guessed). They talked a lot about the new CD (at CDNOW we started taking advance orders last week but it won't be released until July) and played several songs from it including Best of Me, Hey Little Man, Monotony and Quick all of which were great. The only other new song that I know of is Great Day which I was surprised they did not play (especially given the setting). Has anybody heard any other new songs which will be on the new CD? There must be five or more other songs. Also, there was 1 person at the show taping. Once it gets converted (i havent bought a soundcard yet for dat > cd transfers) it'll get out...drums are a little low but do sound nice during Eddie's solo. I didnt get to Far Hills b/c of other plans. How was it? 7/12 there is that other NJ show...however, its the same day as Fighting Gravity in Beach Haven...what to do?
