I emailed Belair the first week of February when I first saw cruise info mentioned. They indicated that they would mail me a packet and that the efohio and fanclubcruises websites would have more info when the details were established. Since none of the above has happened, I have to assume that the details have yet to be established. Stuart - -----Original Message----- From: Jason D. Several days ago, I sent an E-Mail to the addres on the EFO website for more info on "Edheads II" coming up in May, 2002. So far, I have not received a response. Has anyone else gotten any info on the cruise? If so, I'd appreciate any information you have. This is probably the *only* way we'll see EFO here in Florida! (grin) Thanks in advance for your help Jason ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 04 Mar 2001 20:55:37 -0500 From: rhiannon richard Subject: charlotte Hi! I just got back to school from the Charlotte show last night, and it was a wonderful show. Everyone in the band seemed to be having a great time, as usual. The main thing I noticed was, they played SEVEN new songs (when I say new, i mean unrecorded, as some of these have been around for a while) Setlist: Set one - --- Stupid American Hojos on Waukegan Under David's Feet Best of Me (new) Hey, Little Man (new) Three Fine Daughters Very Fine Funeral Let's Get Mesolithic (new) Tom Burley (new) One Set Two - --- 5th of July Woman of Faith Abraham (new) 30 Second Love Affair This My Town Quick (new) I Jumped Off a Bridge 1,000 Sarah's (new) Eddie's Concubine Old Dominion - ------------- Djembe; Irish Dream there was another encore, but i can't recall Adding "number 6 driver", "great day", and "monotony" that makes a total of 10 new songs that I can remember hearing. I think that "number 6 driver" is still my favourite, though I really love them all. Until last night I'd never heard "hey, little man" or "quick" (well, i'd heard part of "quick" during a previous soundcheck)...and both were great. "tom burley" is SO much fun to me; "let's get mesolithic", "1,000 sarahs", "monotony", and "best of me" are funny...though "best of me" starts out more serious. Julie's songs, "great day" and "hey, little man" are both very touching and nice, as is Mike's "abraham". If I ever have kids, I think I'll sing "hey, little man" to him/her. "quick" is a cool song because though it's not really funny...it is definitely interesting. For those of you that have heard any of the new songs, which one is your favourite? are there any other new songs that have been debuted live that i haven't heard? Highlights from last night-- They sent a shout out to me from the stage because of my recent surgery (cathertization procedure on my heart...none of them could even belive i was THERE). The energy last night was VERY high, there were some great stage antics During "eddie's concubine" on the line "he promises he'll leave his wife" where the guys usually add "he says he'll leave his wife" they added something else (i couldn't hear what) and it cracked julie up to the point where she had trouble finishing the song. It was a very large crowd for them at this venue and they were loving it. This was somewhere between Burlington, NC and Durham, NC on interstate 40/85. I tried to get in front of the car so they could see my EFO sticker, but i only managed to get in front of them for a few seconds (this person likes going fast!) so I don't think they saw it. I was just wondering if this person is on the EFO list!!!!
