This case was appealed to me & 2 of my colleagues. We have reviewed the merits of the case, the arguments of both sides, & carefully considered all the evidence. I was given the task of writing the Unanimous Opion. Our Official Ruling from the Federal Appeals Court (right out of Hotlanta, Tom) is that the "k" is pronounced, Julie IS saying the entire word with adequate enunciation, and they were "tipping their hats" to the musical.
