The first mainstage show on Sunday morning at Falcon Ridge, every year, is the "Gospel Wake-Up". They have several bands alternated, doing gospel songs. It's usually poorly attended, as main stage goes, because it's first, and people are generally over at Workshop Stage early in the day, or out swimming or something :) This year EFO was one of the bands at the Sunday morning Gospel Wake Up, and it was the best attended it's ever been. I even hear (from Julie) that the festival organizer told Julie she was really impressed at how many people they drew to that set. Yet another reason why EFO is likely to be invited back to Falcon Ridge :) -- Cos (Ofer Inbar) -- cos@leftbank.com cos@polyamory.org -- WBRS Waltham 100.1 FM -- info@wbrs.org http://www.wbrs.org/ "Long live folk music, and this doomed festival!" -- moxy fruvous ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 16 Oct 1999 16:58:32 -0400 From: Ofer Inbar Subject: Re: EFO MP3 site... We transferred this to http://edheads.efohio.com/ back in May or June, and it's been up and accessible ever since. Do we now have two separate EFO MP3 sites? My web logs shows people are still downloading stuff from edheads.efohio.com, there were several visitors this past week. We should coordinate... -- Cos ------------------------------ End of edheads-digest V2 #163 *****************************
