Just wanted to give you true fans the scoop on the last shows at Bad Habits. There's only three left and the crowds are getting HUGE! Please keep this in mind if you plan on coming to any or all of these last shows. If you want a table or a parking space, get there early and PLEASE, (I can't stress this enough!) PLEASE carpool! Parking is getting very scarce. Maybe some of you could meet up at a grocery store nearby and carpool from there at least. Please pass this info along to anyone who you think might be interested in coming to one of these last shows. The shows themselves have been great! The crowds have been great and the band's really been putting their all into the shows. They're playing all the great hits, plus a lot of tunes from the olden days. They even got Buca (been at BH longer than EFO!) to come up on stage to relive some old covers! The band's taking shorter breaks, (I can't believe the break was only (yes, ONLY!) 45 minutes long last Tuesday!) and you know what that means - MORE MUSIC for you faithful followers! As always - at $5, EFO is the best bang for your buck on a Tuesday night! I hope everyone within driving distance can fit in at least one of these last shows. They're sure to be memorable. If anyone's planning to tape any of these shows, please email me so I can get a better idea of how many people are going to be taping. If there's going to be a lot, we may set up a table near the soundboard just for the tapers. And lastly, I thought it might be a fun idea to put together a list of songs that EFO plays. Please send in lists of songs you've heard EFO play. If it's on one of the CD's don't list it, but if it's not recorded (originals and/or covers), please send them in (example: "Good at That" and "29 Ways"). Also, if a song has been posted already, don't repost it with your list. I'll try to do a weekly update of this list so you can all relive the memories, even if you are far away. Thanks, and commence the racking of your brain! What, if any, holiday songs have they covered? Also, what songs (traditional or nontraditional cover) would y'all like to see EFO release on it? I haven't made my mind up for a full 12(or more) song album, but I think they could do a good rockin' "Little Drummer Boy"(with HOT Eddie solo) & "God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen". As I decide, I may post more later. Meanwhile, edheads, list your picks. Is anyone else considering going to these shows? Write me and we can meet, maybe do something before or after the show. I'm driving from Boston, and probably bringing one friend. If someone wants to go for the whole weekend (both shows) I can probably provide a ride from Boston or the NoHo/Amherst area. Also, looking for crash space in Buffalo or nearby on the night of the 4th, if anyone's there. -- Cos (Ofer Inbar) -- cos@polyamory.org cos@cs.brandeis.edu -- Producer, Free Live Music -- booking@wbrs.org http://www.wbrs.org/ This could only happen in the life of a cos.
