Dear Edheads,

Were any of you among the five of us who did boardtaping on last night's
(Oct. 21) Bad Habits show?  Something happened to the copy I was making and
it turned out all static.  I would really appreciate getting a copy of the
show from anyone who taped it.  It's not only for me, but for an out of town
friend of mine who I was taping for.  Please email me if you were out there
taping last night.

It's Jessica, everyone, say hello!  :D  We've been best friends since
elementary school, and we both got into EFO at the same time.  (She's the
one yelling "The banana slug reads Plato!" on the Henflings bootleg, if
anyone's curious.)

In other news... I just saw an EFO/Great Big Sea double bill listed on the
gigs page.  I hate announcements like this.[1]

I finally caved in and got a Nields CD.  It's really good!

Troy, I didn't even get this week's riddle!  But I don't think I could have
solved it anyway, having never heard "29 Ways".

Well, going by Troy's method {I still think you should count ALL 50 sisters
(states), Troy.  : )}(and my memory of the song)  only like 11 or 12 actual
methods are listed in the song, but one line does say, "a whole lotta ways I
don't want you to know" which could make up for the other 17 or 18 ways.  : )

Just being my usual literal and picky self....
