Like a schizo,
catapulted from one reality to the next,
defining myself has become 
one big fairy-tale tragedy.

The jewel of inspiration --
passionless.
Angel of communication -- 
secluded.

"There's a hole in the bucket . . . "
and somehow I seep through
dripping arduously
into existence resistance.

My emotions
like coffee brewing
with sugar and cream
that inadvertently comes and goes.

I drink from the cup of life
hopelessly half full -- 
so, why do I feel
so empty?
