Does it matter what weapon was used in a killing? It takes a person to operate a weapon and therefore the people who are behind the operation are responsible. Everyone has the freedom to do whatever they want. It doesn't make it right and there are consequences to having such freedom. I say if you are going to have a weapon of any sorts you are 100 percent responsible for anything that is done with that weapon. You are 100 percent responsible for every action you take and for every reaction you have. No one wants to hear that though. They just think that it's someone else's fault. If peoples would just take responsiblity for their own actions, they world would be a better place.
