Fulmer 2/25/99 Why does the devil play with me so? He puts rocks in my path which hide my grave underneath He sends those I care for into misery and pain and to try to go help them would make me go insane Well, so as he puts the temptations there he makes me think twice about making a move I want to do things that might seem a bit weird I want to not hurt those others around here I want to be moral yet have my own fun but he makes things so sinful so easily done and to try to do right, you are hurting yourself Satan, or the devil, or whatever you're called now Leave me at peace, or do something with spice Hurting my friends to get right at me gets under my skin, and you don't wanna know what that means I'm not afraid to lose, but my peers will not hurt I'd rather die in agony than to let yourself win! ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 27 Feb 1999 01:40:27 -0500 From: "Seth D. Fulmer" Subject: ET: poem: The Perfect Wedding Hey..This poem I wrote Friday(i.e..today but yet yesterday) at work when I was bored and thinking about my perfect wedding. Heidi..I'm sure you'll recognize some of these thoughts. Anyhow...partway through I got sorta depressed and took a downswing and killed the dream but then I thought..I'll fix it and finish it..Here's the perfect dream that I had for a perfect wedding. Lemme know what you think? And if you want the twisted version, I can send that to you privately(or you can view it on my webpage when I get unlazy to put it up)...Take care and Have a Great Day/Night :o) The Perfect Wedding February 26, 1999 by Seth D. Fulmer The sun was shining The birds were singing The air was fresh Life was great! The man woke up A smile on his face He ate his breakfast, then brushed his teeth The girl, she sat up and grabbed her teddy bear squeezed it real tight for she would soon be wed The angels, they smiled on the couple with glee This was their wedding day and for this heaven sang! The mother of the bride rose up the stairs, opened the bride's door, and brought breakfast in bed "My Lord, how today is perfect in sight What could go wrong? I'm to be married to my prince" The groom got on the phone He called up his dad He asked to come home for one last minute talk The father of the groom told his son right away I'm coming over there with your mother and sis They chatted away, and the father took his son into the other room for their "father and son" He said "My dear boy, you're about to be wed to the princess of your dreams, Aren't you excited yet?" The son just exploded in joy and ecstasy I love her my Lord more than God himself thinks! After that long talk the boy and his family went to the church for everything was set He got all dressed up in his tux and cumberbun He talked to the priest and surveyed the churchscene The church all set up for an empire or three was filled with more roses than one could imagine The bride, in her room with her maitrens of honor all got dressed up for the day of her dreams The colors were simple Red, white, and blue Blue being his color Red being hers Her train was so long, it flowed out of sight The tiara and veil made her beautifully exquisite The church was now filled with their families and friends and even some people they had met on the street The guestbook was filled The corsages in place The priest stood in front The musician couldn't wait The children all sat behaved in the pews with little coloring books and some crayons and toys too Now came the time when their lives would be merged The princess and prince would soon become one Groom standing up front with the minister and alcolyte, They listened to the music as it commenced all in style Beautiful ladies adorned all in red hooked to their men like Pooh bear to honey came down the isle, and split at the front Then came the bride, down with her father The bride came to the front and her father sat down The ceremony commenced and all was at peace Once all was settled and the two halves were one both families piled out and the pictures commenced Many many pictures were taken that day so many pictures that books would not hold them Coming out of the church, rice and birdseed flew out at the couple as they entered the limo They drove around town, for an hour or three They talked about love and their new life together After arriving shortly at the reception downtown They entered and then the festivities began The meal was served and the children were happy playing with their toys in the nursery with nanny Musical beauty filled the sweet air The bride and the groom soon danced their first dance The dollar dance, and the cutting of the cake and dance with the parent of the opposite sex all were to come shortly thereafter Then the bouquet flew to the ladies and the garter to the bachelors finding out who would be wed next The chicken dance, the electric slide The hokie pokie, and the locomotive jived The adults to the oldies and the youth to the 90s Everyone danced merrily while the bride and groom smiled This was their big day the day of their fantasies The day they would once and for all become one and for each other Seth Fulmer mailto:usfulmer@mcs.drexel.edu mailto:st96t879@post.drexel.edu mailto:kaosking@voicenet.com webpages: http://www.voicenet.com/~kaosking Quotes/Song Lyrics that describe my feelings :) "You're the reason I believe in love And you're the answer to my prayers from up above" - -Shania Twain, "From this moment on" ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 27 Feb 1999 03:41:30 EST From: CLEARVVATR@aol.com Subject: ET: Re: NJC: Moo Moo Buckaroo, or Splinters in My Saddle...
