All I know is, I have a little sister- she's 8- and she is the love of my life...the light of my life...and I can't imagine life without her. So, you might want to try and get to know your sister...I hope this helped you a little...Melissa ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 10 May 1998 16:38:03 -0700 From: moonsong@ix.netcom.com (Us) Subject: ET: a note on mother's day Hey angels, First, I heard this song that goes something like (not exactly cause I didn't hear it all so I'm not sure): "Kiss the rain/whenever you're lonely/Kiss the rain/whenever I'm gone/Keep in mind/we're under the same sky/Kiss the rain..." etc. Anyone know who it's by and what it's called? Well I went to Santa Barbara over the weekend and reeeeeeally missed my boyfriend. Anyway here's a poem I wrote while I was there. On a sunnier side, I'm home and I talked to him so you can now dub me "the happy girlie". Later, Sam the ? angel with sunlight in her hair ~~**~~ a heavy sky, a heart that's down the fog that hangs low matches the grey a picture on the wall a bedroom down the hall a wind that sweeps through drizzling trees when will the sun shine golden rays on the leaves lifging the fog from the sky when will the ocean waves glisten on a warm beach the water as blue as your eyes a weeping willow sways gently in mist bare branches against the dampening air a sidewalk winds down a hill a pot on a windowsill and rooftops crest the cloudy hills i'm longing for summertime i'm dreaming of sunshine a warm day drifting in the trees your arms wrapped around me a blue unending sea red roses that dip in the breeze sm may 8th 1998 moonsong@ix.netcom.com ------------------------------ End of eda-thoughts-digest V1 #21 *********************************
