Heidi, thank you so much for pointing my attention to Vienna's new abum. I love everyhing she does, but had completely missed out on this project. Judging from the tracks available on bandcamp http://viennateng.bandcamp.com/album/aims her new sound is pretty similar to that of Imogen Heap which is certainly a good thing imo. I am completely in love with the new Goldfrapp. To me it sounds like a cross between my favourite albums by them; Felt Mountain and Seventh Tree. Also, I highly recomment Kathleen Winter's novel Annabel which is the inspiration for this beautiful track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Vnk_j1iKMA So far, this album is my favourite of 2013. The Disappearance of the Girl by Phildel is a close second. I am still infatuated with Lanterns On the Lake: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEKBQ9oUtSUAnd Paper Aeroplanes, especially this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bArFOaRYtCQAlso, I am looking so much forward to the new Mazzy Star. And the new Agnes Obel. I have just got myself a copy of Emiliana Torrini's new album Tookah, but I haven't listened yet. It might be worth checking out.
