But it's possible I discovered him in 2011. Definitely someone ectophiles should check out. And I just discovered he's got some new music about to come out. Such a voice. Quite unique. He has worked with Shara Worden and I discovered him when he opened for Sufjan Stevens (he is on Asthmatic Kitty). He's got a new band called "The Revival Hour". https://soundcloud.com/therevivalhour http://www.therevivalhour.com/ - -jessica On Tue, Jan 8, 2013 at 12:47 PM, jessica spurling < jessica.spurling@gmail.com> wrote: > I've been really enjoying the best-of lists. > > I'm not going to make my own, instead I want to mention some > artists/albums I discovered in 2012 that *haven't* been mentioned by anyone > else (not just in best-of lists, but these are folks who haven't been > mentioned at all on ecto) and that I think are worth a listen. > > First is "Lost In The Trees", whose album "A Church That Fits Our Needs" > came out in 2012.
