My friend Alison Faith Levy has released a fantastic children's album. You can hear excerpts/order it here: http://www.alisonfaithlevy.com/ I particularly like her Phil Spector-ish take on "Itsy Bitsy Spider." I recently attended one of her concerts for kids, despite not having any of my own to bring, and it was a lot of fun! At least you can count on shows aimed at children to (a) start on time and (b) take place during daylight hours! - --Sue ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 27 Sep 2012 15:18:11 -0400 From: Emily Perkins Subject: Re: ecto friendly children's music Also forgot to mention that the Putumayo Kids series is great, and some of them include ecto-ish artists (Susan McKeown, Be Good Tanyas, Mary Jane Lamond): http://www.putumayo.com/putumayo_cds/kidscds On Sep 27, 2012, at 2:33 PM, "jhanson21@comcast.net" wrote: > Laura Freeman has some fun kids releases.
