I was wondering whether the encore thing was on purpose. (It's definitely not the venue -- I've seen lots of groups there with no hitches whatsoever -- but, I'd venture, early-tour nerves. Plus the audience, which seemed more off than they were.) And yeah, Widowspeak's fantastic -- I saw them open for Twin Sister a few months ago and they were by far the highlight of the night. They sound more like Mazzy Star than Mazzy Star do these days.
