I'm not sure she believed me that I started the list, but > I told her that that was me :) I saw Susan McKeown play in Eugene a couple of times many years ago and got to meet her each of those times, and undoubtedly also mentioned Ecto as Meredith Tarr was one of the people recommending her to us back then. She also happened to be a performer at the Eugene Celebration that occurred the weekend after September 11, 2001 and was basically stranded in Eugene for a couple days due to the grounding of commercial airliners, and several of us hung out with her after her show there for a little while. She's playing in Eugene this evening but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it (the venue's not very close to me and the weather's not great). > If I get another chance to see her live again I won't miss it.
