Subject: Cate Le Bon

On this Saturday morning, I'm really enjoying the music of Cate Le Bon, the Welch singer whose album _Cyrk_ has just come out this year. She reminds me a lot of Nico, albeit with a very high and clear voice or a slightly more folky P.J. Harvey. I guess she had a 2010 release as well _Me Oh My_. Her bio says that her dark vision comes from all the dead animals she had to bury on her family's farm in Wales.

Cate starts a tour next week in Cambridge, Mass, and spends the month working her way to the West Coast.
