It's not the first one I heard but it has stuck with me since I first heard it. To me it has all the Veda flavours and energy. It gets me every time. I think her biggest hit was "Slumber Queen." Jim thinks the two songs "This Spring/The Trees" encompass both sides of her, quiet and powerful. I was hoping for a newer song that would represent who she is now. There might be something on the new album coming out in a few days. There's always "Charismatic Megafauna" or "titanic" of "Love Waves." There too many choices. So much great work. - --Neile > On Mar 28, 2022, at 10:10 PM, Damon wrote: > > Hi all - > > *Long* long time no post! > > So i'm guesting on a friend's podcast (The Ketchup Chip Tapes - it's not > exactly ecto, but they chat about Canadian music along with whatever > else is on their minds in typical podcast fashion).
