It was interesting, but never quite gelled for me. But this album, so far, from start to finish has felt a little more... I don't know if refined is the word for it? Maybe not. But it's connecting with me much better. Things do get a little crunchy here and there. But it feels less like the songs are fighting with that and more like they are flowing with it.
