Since ecto is based on Happy, we're going to give her as a freebie, in that everyone gets ten nominations + Happy, as in Happy is Ground Zero and you get ten more. If you don't want to nominate Happy you can leave her out, but otherwise, please count her as O, like this, which is my list (at least the list I came up with today): 0. Happy Rhodes 1. Kate Bush 2. Veda Hille 3. Sandy Denny 4. PJ Harvey 5. Tuneyards 6. Kristin Hersh 7. Lamb 8. Smoke Fairies 9. Gabriel Yacoub / Malicorne 10. Fiona Apple I know this isn't easy for most of us and we might have different answers on different days. Sorry only ten (or eleven) but otherwise the list would be pages and pages long as we will include everyone who gets at least two votes--and there will be other places to list other favourites. Let the nominations begin! Or continue, since mine are here. - --Neile ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 26 Feb 2014 21:24:49 +0100 From: Sander Subject: Re: Call for favourite artists for EctoGuide bests page Sander wrote: > 1. So I thought I'd send a message to see if it was still active or if this message gets bounced, perhaps I was dropped somehow. Since I hate "testing" messages, I thought I'd ask a question. Am I the only person who was disappointed that JJ Abrams was selected to direct the new Star Wars flick and not Joss Whedon? I liked the first Abrams Star Trek movie but the second one was just rote in my opinion and too similar to his first. I'm afraid his Star Wars will just be another routine action flick.
