From the publicist: Envelope, a new Bushwick (Brooklyn) venue, record label and recording studio founded by indie-folk artist Chris Garneau and Caralee McElroy (Xiu Xiu, Cold Cave) will hold its second monthly event on Thursday, November 11th, with Marissa Nadler & Glass Ghost. Officially opened on October 14th with headliner Holly Miranda, this intimate, 60-capacity space discloses its location only once a ticket is purchased, via email confirmation. The $30 admission also buys you locally sourced hors d'oeuvres and bottomless drinks supplied by Brooklyn Brewery, New York based wineries, and Tito's Handmade Vodka from Austin. Future shows include Light Asylum, Perfume Genius, and Sleeping States. http://www.envelopefamily.com - --- It all sounds so intriguing, doesn't it?
